Cleveron is the most desirable organization in the South Estonia region, according to CV-Online Estonia’s annual survey.
CV-Online Estonia’s annual survey revealed TOP employers across different industries and in various regions. The survey highlighted the preferences of Estonia’s labour force based on the top-of-mind principle. Cleveron was named the winner in the South Estonia region.
The company’s reputation, management culture, inner climate and organizational culture were graded very highly among all winners. “Today’s winners stated that it is necessary to approach workforce challenges in a new way, retain employees who love their jobs and learn from feedback,“ said CV.ee’s Marketing Manager Maris Viires.
