Cleveron Robotic parcel locker is now in the iconic Zara Corso Vittorio Emanuele Milan store

Cleveron’s new generation automated parcel robot Cleveron 402 is now in Zara’s iconic Milan store, acting as their self-service automated collection point for online orders.

Zara’s remodelled Milan store on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which opened on September 6th, is considered to be one of the brand’s most representative global flagship shops. In addition to a glamorous new look, the store also incorporates the traditional brick-and-mortar environment with technological innovations.

Just like the Stratford store in London, the Milan store has a department exclusively for online orders. The online order pickup is handled by Cleveron 402, which turns manual in-store click and collect parcel pickup into world’s fastest automated self-service. The client places an order in the online store, receives an order code, scans the code at the machine and receives the parcel in a matter of seconds. Cleveron 402 has the world’s fastest parcel loading for the retailer, taking in 10 parcels per minute.

Milan’s store is located in an old Astra cinema and features marble floors, mosaics, and chandeliers. Cleveron 402 is integrated inside the store’s walls, so it blends perfectly with the shop’s interior. The parts visible to shoppers are covered with antique brass to match the renovated ultra-chick and luxurious look.

Inditex and Cleveron began cooperating in 2017 with a pilot project in Spain. Two Cleveron robotic parcel lockers also provide self-service online order pickup in Zara’s flagship store in Stratford, UK.
