501 is based on the same user process model as Cleveron’s other robotic
solutions, offering a seamless user
experience for both the store associate or a courier and the end-user. All
actions are made through one user console – the courier can load the
grocery orders into the machine through the console and the end-user will receive the order
from the same console.
interface is the same as on other Cleveron products which guarantees that it is
as intuitive as possible. The courier and the end-user only need to scan their
ID or the order pickup code to insert or receive the order. Cleveron 501 is
also fast – the insertion and retrieval
process only takes seconds.
The most cost-effective grocery
501 maximises the use of expensive retail space by storing the most parcels per
square meter. It is a cost-effective way to offer grocery pickup in areas where
retail space is limited or expensive. Cleveron 501 is also a lower-cost
alternative to home deliveries. The parcel robot is a self-service unit which
means that the end-user does not need any assistance from an employee to
receive their groceries.

software which enables the owner to manage their parcel robots conveniently.
It is easily integrated through a public API. Cleveron continuously develops
the software, taking into account the various needs of the customer.
The external design of the Cleveron
501 can be modified accordingly to the
client’s needs. The walls can be branded accordingly to the corporate
visual identity demands; they can be used as additional advertisement spaces or
designed to match the surrounding environment.
