Cleveron 401 is a parcel robot that saves storage space and speeds up parcel pickup. Launched in 2015, Cleveron 401 was the first robotic APM designed to streamline click and collect operations. Cleveron 401 reduces parcel pickup costs and provides an enhanced customer experience. Companies can also cut back on labour costs, as the parcel handout process requires less manpower. With the smallest parcel storage footprint (just 5,4 m2), retailers save retail and storage space, which can instead be used to generate more profit.
Cleveron 401 has both an indoor and outdoor version to fit the client’s specific needs. Cleveron 401 Outdoor can be placed in the store parking lot, busy inner-city areas where retail space is scarce or in locations that are easy to reach for customers. The outdoor option brings retailers closer to their customers and offers 24/7 access to parcels, even when brick and mortar stores are closed. Cleveron 401 Indoor parcel robot increases in-store footfall and boosts additional sales, as 85% of shoppers say that they've made an additional in-store purchase while picking up an online order.
The first five units were deployed in November 2016 and by the end of 2019, there were 1428 units in live use. The parcel robot has over 13M working hours and has delivered over 11M parcels worldwide. Cleveron 401 is used by the world’s leading retailers, including Walmart, Asda, The Warehouse, XXL Sports & Outdoor and Canadian Tire.
