Falabella customers can now collect their online purchases quickly, contact-free and conveniently just by scanning a QR code. In addition to spending less time in the store, the parcel robot also reduces contact with the store staff. Usually, a traditional in-store pickup process can take up to 3 minutes; meanwhile, the collection takes less than a minute with the automated parcel robot.
Falabella Retail reported that in 2021 they are expecting to install three additional parcel robots in Lima: the first two in San Miguel and Megaplaza stores in April and the third machine in the second half of the year. “At Falabella, we are very proud and committed to investing in new technologies to improve the online shopping experience of all our customers,” said Alex Zimmermann, CEO of Falabella.
