It conducts an annual survey of major Estonian companies to foster greater transparency and fairness in the workplace. The Equal Pay Employer title recognises organisations that pay fairly and follow best practice on equal pay between men and women, signalling this commitment to employees, the labour market, clients, and partners alike.
