The annual survey organised by Estonia's largest job portal, CVKeskus.ee, revealed the companies where Estonians most wanted to work in 2022. We proudly announce that Cleveron is again one of the ten most desirable employers.
Cleveron HR manager Katrin Koovit values recognition highly because being among the first in the labour market is a significant advantage and a great honour. Even more, participants named the companies by heart, without predefined lists. "We often hear from candidates that they actively follow the lists of good employers and prefer to apply to these companies first. Job seekers consider it natural that such companies have a good work culture, an interesting field of activity and progressive employees," said Koovit.
Job hunters from various fields named flexible working arrangements and good pay as the most important factors of an attractive employer. In addition, good self-development opportunities, flexible working hours and a friendly working environment were the leading factors in describing the most desirable employers. "Employees up to 35 years of age considered flexible work organisation more important than salary," highlighted Grete Adler, head of CVKeskus.ee's recruitment department, from the survey. Flexible working arrangements, inclusive culture and well-paid employees were considered the most desirable qualities of Cleveron.
The CVKeskus.ee job portal organised the survey for the eleventh year. CVKeskus.ee conducted the survey from September to November in 2022. More than 3000 employees from all over Estonia took part in the survey.
