Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our Customer Success Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the global installation projects of our products from start to finish. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration and smooth communication between the client, our internal departments, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
What will your role be in our team?
- Lead and coordinate global installation projects for Cleveron products, from project initiation to final completion
- Actively manage communication and documentation with clients, ensuring they are kept informed at every stage
- Oversee the flow of project-related information among all parties involved
- Create and manage sales and production orders, invoices, and other essential project documentation
- Coordinate transportation and installation logistics for Cleveron products from a sales department perspective
What experiences we expect from you?
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in a technical field
- Basic knowledge of logistics coordination and the ability to interpret technical drawings
- Experience with accounting software, with a preference for Directo
