Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about supporting customers, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions, and helping them succeed.
What will your role be in our team?
- You will be our customers’ key point of contact for customers, assisting them in using our products effectively and ensuring a smooth experience
- Provide guidance and support to help customers fully utilize our products and services
- Monitor and enhance key customer interactions, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to boost satisfaction
- Identify potential issues and work with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions
- Work closely with internal sales, product, and support teams to share customer insights and implement improvements
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and offer appropriate support
- Proactively address concerns, prevent escalations, and ensure customers feel valued and supported
- To support customer success, we use the following tools: Hubspot, PowerBI, the ticket system Jira, and others
What skills do we expect from you?
- Previous experience in customer success, support, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, systematic approach, and consistency
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken English
