Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that all Cleveron installation projects meet Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) standards, as well as all legal and regulatory requirements in every country where we operate. This role serves as the central point of contact for compliance matters between internal teams, customers, and external authorities.
What will your role be in our team?
- You will research, interpret, and monitor local, regional, and national regulations related to industrial equipment installation, building codes, electrical standards, and workplace safety in whichever country we are delivering our products.
- You will manage the submission, tracking, and retention of permits, certifications, and compliance documentation required for installations.
- You will ensure that all necessary permits are applied for and uploaded to customer systems on time, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
- You will serve as the internal system owner responsible for coordinating adherence to certified management standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- You will coordinate and oversee internal audit schedules across departments to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
- You will manage documentation control to ensure that Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS materials are properly created, maintained, and communicated.
- You will prepare and present compliance and performance reports to Top Management, identifying improvement opportunities.
- You will act as the main liaison with external certification bodies, organizing and managing audits for surveillance and re-certification.
What experience do we expect from you?
- You have a higher education degree, preferably in engineering, quality management, or environmental systems.
- You have previous experience working with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar).
- You are familiar with EHS regulations, risk assessments, and audit processes.
- You have experience coordinating compliance activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- You are comfortable working with documentation management and reporting tools.
