Cleveron expanded its business activities by partnering up with XXL Sports & Outdoor, the largest sporting goods retailer in the Nordic region, and Zásilkovna, the leading logistics company in Central and Eastern Europe.
“When we created Estonia’s first parcel locker network ten years ago, we wanted to show how much easier and faster receiving a parcel through them is. Today, parcel lockers are as elementary as ATMs for the Estonians. And we are already creating and using parcel robots,” said CEO of Cleveron, Arno Kütt. “Now the benefits of parcel robots are known elsewhere as well.” Kütt emphasised that the goal of Cleveron’s products is to save time for people. “Our new customers can now do it in the Czech Republic and Norway as well.”
XXL Sports & Outdoor is the largest sporting goods retailer in the Nordic region with 84 shops in Scandinavia and Austria. The Norwegian company now has the parcel robot Cleveron 401 in its Alnabru shop in Oslo. XXL Sports & Outdoor’s clients can place their orders in the online shop pick the Alnabru store as their parcel pickup point. They will receive their parcel from the self-service parcel robot which is located inside the store.
Zásilkovna, the leading logistics company in Central and Eastern Europe, operates in 16 countries and has 26 000+ online stores as clients and 2500+ pickup points. It is the first company in the Czech Republic to offer parcel pickup with Cleveron 402, the world’s fastest parcel robot. Cleveron’s parcel robot, which the company named The Z-Bot, was installed in the Chodov shopping centre in Prague.
Viljandi-based Cleveron’s parcel robots and lockers are now used in more than 15 countries all over the world, issuing 1.2–1.3 million parcels every month. The company announced last week that it has expanded its business activities in Oceania, a new region for Cleveron.
