2020 – year in review

• Cleveron’s parcel lockers and robots delivered 17 638 796 online orders
  
• We conquered 10 new countries and started working with 10 new partners
  
• We launched two new products: the Cleveron 351 outdoor parcel locker and the self-service kiosk concept
  
• Cleveron Academy was awarded with the titles of Education Deed of the Year and Achievement of the Year
  
• The president of the Republic of Estonia, Kersti Kaljulaid, visited Cleveron’s first client in Latin America – Falabella Retail
  
• Cleveron continued to be one of the most attractive and desirable employers in Estonia
  
• We developed an augmented reality tool to help install our machines during the travel bans 
• Estonia’s Prime Minister Jüri Ratas visited Zara in Paris, who have introduced Cleveron’s technology to 12 countries on 2 continents
  
• The Estonian Chamber of Commerce named Cleveron as Estonia’s Most Competitive Company of 2020 in the Industry and Energy sector
• We held the biggest virtual event in Cleveron's history – Cleveron Global Virtual Meetup
• We installed our first book lockers in libraries all over Estonia
• The hospital in Cleveron’s hometown Viljandi got its very own Cleveron 351 outdoor locker, which helps to bring gifts and packages to loved ones without having to enter the hospital
• In 2020, Cleveron got 20 new patents, which is half as much as last year
• Team Cleveron received 1.59 million emails, making it 4344 emails a day
• We attended 7040 hours of in-person meetings and 1737 virtual meetings
